Hi, I’m Julia! I’ve lived and taught in France, Italy, the UK, and the US. I look forward to helping you meet your goals through a program designed to fit your learning style and objectives.

I also offer customizable language lessons in French, Italian, and English. All ages and levels are welcome. Before we begin, we’ll discuss your goals, and I will design a program that will enable you to achieve them. Here are a few common objectives:

Gaining conversational fluency (and confidence!)

Improving reading and listening skills

Improving grammatical competence

Gaining full professional proficiency

These are just a few examples. If your goal is to learn how to hold a conversation about possums, that works for me too!

Pricing

Test Prep: $110/hour

Language Lessons: $50-$150/hour

If you would like language lessons, I will give you a quote within the above range after our initial conversation. If you are simply looking for someone to converse with in order to gain confidence, the price will be at the lower end of the range. If your goal is to give a Ted Talk in perfect Italian in two months, it will be at the upper end.
